  Overall my experience with this seller was good. I purchased 2 used pieces of cookware. The items were in decent condition, but didn't appear to be washed after their last use with really grossed me out. The Dutch oven has significant staining all around the outside which wasn't shown well in the photos. The seller agreed to a small discount for buying 2 pieces, which was nice, and the shipping costs were very reasonable given they combined the 2 pieces in one box. They refunded me some for it.

  One of the best experiences I've had buying through eBay. Firstly, I received the package in great condition. Everything was securely and carefully packaged. Unfortunately, the console was faulty (no fault on the seller) and I reached out to do a return but they offered to give me another console at no extra cost! The new console works perfectly and they graciously included a couple of games for the inconvenience. Best customer service, very reliable, very communicative. Thanks again!
