  Item arrived wrapped in a black trash bag. No additional box. There was no bubble wrap inside to protect the item. Item was listed as used but in perfect/mint condition per the item listing. When it arrived, the item was dirty, dusty, and old food was stuck to the remote (which was in a ripped bag). Played a movie to verify, but about half way through a movie, player started making a loud clicking noise. Reached out to seller when item arrived and never responded. Will not be buying from again.

  UPDATE: Seller only reached out after receiving a bad review. The only part of my previous review that I will retract is that the seller clarified item was not wrapped in a trash bag, but a black shipping wrap. Not much difference in my opinion. After receiving this review, the seller copy & pasted the same lengthy message to me multiple times. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews like I was. Absolutely no care was taken to even clean the item, let alone packing, or shipping of my purchase.

  “a black trash bag”: That material is called shrinking film/wrap.
