I am truly sorry. That shouldn't have happened. You ordered on Dec. 5th and it arrived on the 16th. I don't understand how I didn't see your messages. I hope you can accept my apology.

I paid for item- immediately on purchase date of June 24, 2023. No contact from seller for WEEKS. Finally after many emails- on July 10th the seller printed label for shipping. USPS received item July 15, 2023. Seller gave partial refund of $6 and excuses on why item was late. I explained this was a gift for birthday. It arrived two weeks after birthday. I purchased June 24, received item July 21. That is completely unacceptable- I will not purchase from seller again.

You are right. It was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I sincerely apologize for ruining the gift. I feel horrible. And I should have sent a full refund which I have now done. I did include a note and though it isn't an excuse - I hope you can forgive me. I am very sorry.
