    The picture of the device showed a good display (of the 6.5 digit meter). Unfortunately the display is actually dim and some segments are barely readable or don't work at all. (I used the self tests according to the service manual to check the segments.) And the lower parts of the display are very blurry. So this is not what I would call "Fully Function as advertised. I called Keithley to get a price of a new fluorescent display and it is no longer available.
