  Item title did not describe that this was the Reverse option. When reviewing the listing on my phone app, I could not see the part of the description where this was listed. After purchase, seller asked that I contact them directly with any problems. When item arrived and I discovered that it was the wrong one, I contacted them to see if I could exchange the item; They ignored me. When I started return process with ebay, they just refused it.
