  Sent me a hat that had extra material sewn into the brim and was misshapen. When I asked for an exchange, I was offered ½ off, which I declined. Then he said he sent me a new hat and asked me to close the dispute, but didn't give tracking number and said it would be 3 to 4 times as long to ship. Sellers failure to provide tracking, and asking me to close the case prematurely was against policy (and leave me no recourse), the seller than stopped messaging. Escalated & Ebay then refunded me
