  Although I was very disappointed by the blatantly misleading photos & vague description of the item (the photos *clearly* depicted 4 units offered while the description did not list any specific quantity so there was no way to know they were *only selling 2* units), the seller granted me a partial refund immediately, without hesitation. The product I did receive was new, solidly-made, and fit the description (except quantity). Still, I will be very wary about relying on their pics in the future.
