  This battery arrived in a very reasonable time frame, and appears to be new. That said, I was somewhat disappointed to see that it bore the EXACT labeling as the defective battery it was replacing, presumably from a different seller! That defective battery had a warranty which the seller refused to honor, by never replying to my inquiries. Only time will tell if this new battery lives up to it's advertised quality.
