    The Acqua di Parma colonia that I paid for arrived in an apparently undamaged sealed plastic package which upon opening revealed a pungent mess of soaked paper wrappings, the undamaged bottle having leaked the contents. Upon advising the seller instead of requested replacement, i have been strung along for some time with a series of apologies and offers for partial refunds. I explained that this is not acceptable. Hopefully future ebay buyers will be made aware of this abysmal customer service.
