  REFUSED TO SEND THE CORRECT ITEM AND DID NOT REFUND. they sent the wrong item. i sent them pictures of the wrong item and the packaging. they wanted more pictures of packaging. then said i could keep the wrong item as though it was a kindness but REFUSED TO SEND THE CORRECT ITEM AND DID NOT REFUND until ebay stepped in. they didn't send the wrong color license plate or something kinda similar... they sent a cheap hair remover and thought i would find the substitution acceptable.
