Orders have always come extremely quickly, except for one time when global weather and other conditions caused a delay conspicuously outside of their control, when they sent me a new order free of charge, fast, and then declined to charge me for it, even when the original order then came (so, great value). I buy lots of unpitted dates, so I can say that these dates are unusually free from containing spoiled (sour) dates (sadly common of supermarket dates).
