  Item was exactly as described. Packed well. Shipped day after purchased so received quickly. I used to buy this item from Sally Beauty before it (this particular wattage) was discontinued so I can definitely say that the total cost was reasonable--as in what I would have paid in the store. I did think shipping cost was a bit high but seller lowered item cost so in the end, I was happy w/what I paid.

  I have received your package today. It was timely shipped. FYI, the four pieces that you wrapped separately in the bubblewrap sleeves were not taped on the ends and all four of the pieces had slipped out of the wrapping during shipment.
