    Ordered new grill for my truck. I do not have a stock truck whatsoever and I wanted a specific grill. A lot of places misrepresented what they were selling. I ordered the grill from Xtreme Trux. The grill came in wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and contacted them. Sure enough I received the new model but I wanted the old. They returned the wrong item and shipped the new. They are more than willing to take care of you if you will just start off with a conversation, not a complaint.

    I was a little worried at first because I got a notification and tracking saying my items arrived but it was only a letter in the mailbox saying my order was on the way. I was concerned that I might not receive them and then since they showed delivered it would be hard to dispute not getting them. However, I messaged the company and they responded and let me know when to expect them and they did end up arriving a couple days later. I don't think the letter is necessary it just caused confusion.

    Seller is in violation of Ebay policy. The product we ordered was drop shipped from Amazon and poor-quality product from China. Seller sent an empty poly mailer with label to satisfy Ebay - Product was received from Amazon in a box. There was a barcode on the outside of the box, we scanned it, and it took us to the Amazon listing that was over 80.00 dollars cheaper. Product didn't fit right. The only thing good was the shipping time. Disappointed with Ebay allowing these sellers.
