The item I received was not new (it was advertised as new) and the blister package had already been slit open. Once I examined the item I found the item was defective. I reported the issues w/ photos to the seller the same day I received the package and asked for a refund/return. The seller indicated they would send me a replacement after which I am getting invalid updates and tracking information from the seller on the replacement. I no longer trust the seller to replace and expect a refund.
