  WORST seller on here! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING ANY OFFERS! He ignores them. I was 50 cents under his asking price and he ignores them until they expire. Then the horrible guy sends me an offer 10 cents more. I accept it. He send me tracking info, then refunds me. I think maybe he wanted to give it as a gift for wasting 4 days of ignored offers but NO! The genius shipped it to another address and never told me. So I looked everywhere for a lost package until tracking had it out of state!!BAD
