  They sent me 100Watt solar panels, told me they were actually 400watt panels. I got them tested and confirmed they were 100watt panels, they said they would send me the correct product, but they sent me two more 100watt panels. I finally said I wanted to return them and get my money back and they delayed until the return deadline of 30 days from delivery of the first panel then denied my request to return the product on that basis. I am still fighting this. So far eBay is no help either.
