  Dealer told me joystick was bad. Paid $500 for OEM replacement. Lasted about 12 uses of the wheelchair. Then the service tech told me it was the module $750 Pride most likely would not replace the new joystick because I had not purchase a new module with the new joystick. Even though the authorized repair tech had told us it was the joystick. The module and joystick Xi's shipped was as described, shipped with a tracking number, arrived when scheduled and works fine. I would use Xi's again
