  I'm going to give you my opinion about this purchase. When I placed the order, they asked for my VIN number for a pre-installation. The order arrived in 3 days from China (I think) the box and packaging came all correctly. When I installed it, two boxes appeared on the display when the volume changed and I immediately contacted them and in a matter of minutes they provided me with support with an engineer and I was able to resolve it. Without a doubt, I would buy another item from this seller

  This seller is by far the best seller i’ve ever dealt with, customer service is exceptional, i ordered the Sync 3 and i missed a cheaper deal so i told him if he was able to add a wireless CarPlay adapter as a gift, so i would feel better, he said sure, and when the sync3 came it worked like a charm out of the box configured to my car vin but the wireless CarPlay adapter was missing and as soon as i texted him that it was missing his reply was the tracking number and that he’s sorry he forgot!
