  No tracking provided for 10 days. I contacted and they were defensive and said to 'give them a chance.' Item arrived 4 days later, with shipping labels from China. Seller lied about item being shipped from US, why it took so long. Found item defective. "Refurbished" meaning just cleaned up and not functionally repaired. Ebay allowed a return, thankfully.

  Re: Order 23-12917-13013. The shipping label sent to me to return an item that was completely misrepresented in its ad lists the item being returned on the shipping label as a fishing reel when in actuality it was a speed controller for a golf cart. It's got my electronic signature wrongly confirming the item is a fishing reel when it is not. In essence making me a liar and which possibly could be a federal offence in this country. What would you do in this case?
