    Purchased a refurbished AURA 2 projector. Estimated delivery 07/01 - 07/07 but didn’t ship until 07/01. Delivered late on 07/09. Used it for 3 weeks before it stopped working. Emailed support. Sent it back for a replacement. It’s finally shipping over 2 weeks since they received the return. Meanwhile they’ve been continuing to sell the same refurbished product which has been in stock for the past couple weeks. It’s upsetting that a certified refurbished premium product stopped working so quickly

    The projector came quicker than estimated and arrived in perfect condition! The seller was super awesome communicating with me and helped me with a discount code change that happened the day after I bought it! I would totally recommend this projector as it looks great and is an amazing price for what you get! My only gripes are: it is a little bit bigger than the photos, the ambient light mode is really bright, the blacks could be deeper and the speakers are ok besides the fact there is no base.
