    I bought the item and it arrived broken because the seller, for now, in terms of shipping costs, compresses the item so much that it breaks. This has happened twice in a row and the truth is that I looked for another seller who packages it correctly. I requested a refund of my money and he did not return anything to me. The truth is that in customs taxes I have already paid more than the item is worth and he is not responsible for that either, even though it is his fault.

    This seller should be banned from selling on eBay. In my opinion the seller is a charlatan. He sold me LED bulbs for my car that are not designed for my car. I contacted the seller requesting a refund. The seller in my view a charlatan offered me pennies rather thank my full refund. I am going to contact eBay live again to have eBay issue me a refund , etc
