  It was missing a huge chunk out of it. Probably about 1/5 of a chunk was missing off the product like it was ripped off. Seller did offer a refund once it was shipped and returned back but not my trailer gets to sit uncovered while I'm waiting for a refund and purchase a new one elsewhere because they didn't offer to ship another cover.
