    I received the shocks in a damaged box from FedEx. The end of the package was completely open and the boxes inside were visible. I feel this was due to an insufficient amount of packing material allowing the heavy boxes inside to move around inside and cause the outer box to break. The inside boxes were slightly damaged per the pictures but all of the parts were inside and the shocks look undamaged. The price and shipping speed are what prompted me to buy from this seller, the issue was minor.

    These guys are fantastic. Ordered my shocks on Sunday (16 March) and the conformation said they would be delivered on Friday (21 March). To my surprise they were delivered Wednesday (19 March) and as of 1pm Friday there are on my truck. After ordering the seller contacted me to ask some questions to ensure I ordered the correct items. Communication was quick and efficient. The shocks themselves are worth every penny. I put them on my Ram 1500 and the ride is awesome!
