  The seller posted that there were 5 jackhammers available in the listing. I was the first one to order the item and went back and the listing was updated as having 4 left. Two days after I ordered the item the seller cancelled the order. He stated he was out of stock. Found out after I ordered it that he had to order the item from a supplier who was out of stock. He offered me $20 but no amount of money will change my opinion. You don't advertise what you don't have. That is deceitful!

  I let this buyer know as soon as I found out the item was out of stock and offered him 20$ out of my pocket because I felt bad it was out of stock. I was buying this particular item from a company that I thought had tons of stock but they didn't. I'm willing to lose money to keep my buyers happy but this one can't be pleased.

  I received the wrong tracking number and after talking with the seller it was all resolved I appreciate the communication and I am happy that it all worked out. I received my order and it all looks okay.

  My mistake, I had the tracking numbers backwards on 2 different orders. I notified this customer as soon as I found out and his saw was delivered the same day. I have asked him to review feedback. Also left customer my personal phone number and told him to let me know if he has any more issues.
