Items arrived broken, contacted seller, seller requested photo of broken item and when they received photo they requested that if I post the item back at my own expense that they would refund half the price of the items. Items were poorly packaged and took five weeks on a slow boat to arrive. Would not purchase from this seller again.

One of the lunch bags arrived sliced with a knife. This would have occurred before the item was parcelled for delivery to me as the delivery packaging was not damaged. I asked for a replacement lunch bag to be sent. I was told that my only option was a $5 refund (the item cost $10) unless I was willing to pay for the item to be returned to the seller in China. As the item came to me damaged and unusable I think it is wrong not to give me a full refund or a replacement. Don't shop here.
