The folks at HTC.Surplus.Sales delivered a product exceptionally well wrapped and they worked with us to resolved a problem with my contracted shipper. They provided a picture of the prepared shipment with the paperwork attached before I even called the trucking company. The picture was worth many words in resolving the shipping issue.     I coordinated with Will on a local pickup of the 3M box taper I purchased. Will was very flexible and responsive when making arrangements. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and offered to support if I had any questions or difficulty operating the machine.
