  Item not as described in auction. Poor attention to detail in replica production. Communication is of low quality. Refund was offered but I declined; I stated from beginning I would purchase one to gauge attention to detail and craftsmanship as I needed 10-20 more patches. Packaging borderline effective. Vendor took a while to ship with no communication.

  Item was exactly as described and pictured, the item WAS in the picture. We have never had a complaint about the craftsmanship or quality of this product nor our packaging in 26 years. This is a first. Buyers Big shot and demanding message campaign was a major red flag for exactly this kind of problem but buyer purchased before we could block the user ID..
