    Das Ebike entspricht der Beschreibung im Angebot. Leider wurde uns die falsche Farbe geliefert! Orange statt grau wie bestellt. Der Kontakt zum Verkäufer war gut. Es wurde uns ein Rabatt von 100 Euro angeboten oder das Rad zurückschicken und ein Rad in grau zu erhalten. Um uns weitere Unannehmlichkeiten zu ersparen und das Hin und Zurückschicken zu vermeiden, haben wir den Rabatt akzeptiert. Wenige Tage später war das Geld auf dem Konto.

    Gute Kommunikation, sehr schnelle Lieferung. Bemüht darum Wünsche zu erfüllen und sind sehr zuvorkommend, wenn es Verzögerungen gibt. Rabatt wurde gewährt, weil das Bike mit dem braunen Sattel nicht geliefert werden konnte, habe dann das mit dem schwarzen Sattel genommen. Der Händler versichert sich regelmäßig mit Nachrichten, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist.

    Die Ware kam pünktlich und war in Ordnung. Leider musste sie zurück geschickt werden , da bei der Bestellung die persönliche Eignung nicht ausreichend beachtet wurde. Erst erschien die Rückgabe kompliziert, da es nach China geschicktv werden sollte. Dann kümmerte sich der Verkäufer intensiv darum, dass sie in ein europäisches Lager gesandt werden konnte. Der Verkäufer war äußerst fair freundlich und aktiv. Die Rückerstattung hat geklappt.
