  I had an issue with Seller when I ordered a pendant and wanted it made up exactly as the photo shown in the listing, which he was unable to do. It resulted in my cancelling the order and asking for a refund. The refund was quickly made back to me in the full purchase amount. Thus, the pendant was never made up for me, also obviously never shipped to me.
