My experience? I ordered a lens board I was informed by the dealer that the item was not there and hence I would not be getting it and I should request a refund and then they would refund my money.
Problem is there is no path to a refund based on the seller not having the item to send. I can't stop the order, I can't say it hasn't, arrived, since it will never arrive because it doesn't exist.
And around and around we go to nowhere. Do you have a solution?
