I ordered 2 x shirts size M & XL (they run large by the way), so I asked to exchange them for a S & L. Seller said not a problem, complete an exchange form and send the items back WITH a PAID Australia Post envelope. This cost $30 to post it back with a prepaid envelope for them. They collected the parcel and have ghosted me. Also the original shipping took about a month!
