When the product arrived, on-time and in perfect condition, it wasn't compatible with my fridge. Messages were exchanged and a replacement was immediately dispatched. The service received was excellent. Communication was clear, timely and the person liaised with was professional, courteous and friendly. Needless to say I have a perfectly working fridge now; I can highly recommend this company. Great supplier!
