  I received a defective device from a dishonest seller. I talked to the seller and he offered me a partial refund and I paid 150$ for the repair and he broke his promise to return a portion of the money, the price of the device became more than the value of the new device.( dishonest seller) I do not recommend it

  I offered the buyer a full return and refund, which they declined. I then proposed additional resolutions, but received no response. Occasionally, a pre-owned item may have an intermittent issue not detected in testing. I strive to resolve any concerns fairly, and provided several options in this case. Despite this, the buyer refused the return and did not engage further. A full return and refund is a fair solution—why it was declined, along with other resolutions, remains unclear.
