    The item has a tag on it but has multiple places with something white on it. Some of the areas are large and very easily seen as soon I got it out of the package. I contacted the seller, described the issue and offered to provide photos, but days later still received no response. I paid a new item price. I will have to make a claim through PayPal due to seller not responding and the item described as new arriving with multiple dirty places on the front and back.
