Item went weeks without shipping so I reached out to inquire about an ETA and they asked me to cancel without providing any info. When I followed up and asked for more info they did not respond, had to request a refund through ebay. It looks like they had relisted and sold the item for $220 after I already paid $143. Seller had decent feedback so maybe it's not always bad, but I won't try them again.
