To begin, the seller never provided tracking info... Then the eBay order showed the product was delivered on Friday, Oct. 18 by FedEx, when it didn't arrive until Tuesday, Oct. 22 via UPS! The bottles of cleaner arrived in a saturated box with all bottles nearly empty from leakage due to NO PACKAGING. Very irresponsible & negligent seller! When I filed a case with eBay, the seller offered to refund just 10% of my purchase! I DEMAND A FULL REFUND NOW!!

Loved the affordable price of my item and the packaging and how fast it got here!!! For 10 packs of wipes it was only $13 and some change that is awesome! Also it was packed in an actual equate box and not just a box without the brand name. It got here really fast like I wasn't expecting it for a week or so but it got here really fast!
