    My fryer is broken, the plastic at the bottom was broken…. Packing was good so I assumed it was already broken because the pieces were laying on the foam…. I contacted the seller , she asked if the box was damaged and I informed her the box was not damaged… I also reached back out to ask what are we going to do…. No response. The warranty isn’t good till 7.1.25 and then I still have to wait 18 days…I will not purchase from this seller again.

    While I am upset this was broken ---it was not broken --see how many returns I get--also the buyer was refunded within 24 hours ..so I dont know what else I can do...
