    Cosmetically mint condition. Before purchase, I contacted the seller and asked about the battery. They initially told me above 97%, but when I received it, it was 93% (multiple listing?). They were communicative and apologized, but when I asked for a partial refund for what I felt was a misrepresentation, they said no and that they don't make money on these kinds of sales and asked me to please accept it as is. Still wanted the phone/still a decent deal. A little annoyed...still positive.
