  First time was sent the wrong item connected the seller and she responded right away. Very apologetic and said she would make it right and correct one would be sent out that day. This seller went above and beyond to make this right. The item was suppose to be Friday and I was ok with this day but received a day earlier.   Quick to work with. Had my items out for shipping almost immediately after processing. The description of the item was a bit misleading, but I also believe that was my fault. I had assumed that the cushions would come in a pack of two, as they were originally sold. Clearer description, informing buying of just one cushion would have been helpful and avoided a return. But overall, very easy to work with and responsive!

  This item was listed as being new and unused but when we received it, it clearly had been used and one of the strings was badly damaged. I contacted the seller and they readily offered an apology and a partial refund as we were beyond the return window. Given that we were able to use some of the strings from the box, I felt that was a fair compensation. So I am revising my original review to add that their customer service is terrific and if there s an issue, they resolve it quickly and fairly.
