  Purchased a specific color phone listed as "open box". Received a different color, used/refurbished phone with scratches and bad battery. Decided to keep because was using it for travel and didn't have time to order another one. I would never buy from this seller again. It appears to me that they don't have the product they are selling and it's being shipped from somewhere else. Very disappointed.

  The phone arrived within two weeks, even though I was expecting to wait over a month. I did have to pick it up from the PO, instead of getting it to my door.. But I imagine that's ebay's choice of courier rather than the seller. International buyers beware I guess It is in perfect condition. It is indeed unlocked and works with Kuwait's SIM cards, but the OS doesn't seem to support local banking apps. Not a deal breaker for me personally, but felt I needed to note it. Overall, great experience
