  The shipping was very fast and the packaging was correct, I had made a mistake on the order, and I inquired if I was entitled to a refund because I already opened up the cellophane on the box, even though I did this and there was no return policy, the seller was very cooperative on giving me a return anyway, now that says a lot about a seller and as a person, I would be very very happy to do business with these folks again definitely triple a Sellers and mighty fine folks

  The seller sent me the wrong product, changed the kit from the implant removal screws, for prosthetic screwdrivers. I explained to the seller that this is not what he had in his description or in the photograph, and he tells me that it is another version, But the kit does not work at all with screwdrivers, it has to have screws as it says in the product description, and he does not want to change or send me the part that he sent me wrong.   Package was lost because seller did not secured Tracking number correctly and not informed me.. did not provide right delivery service.. seller indicated USPS and now its not USPS.. i dont know who it is? It is sellers responsibility to check for delivery company not me? I did not hire delivery company..
