  Seller forgot to ship item until 10 days after I purchased. He said he forgot and was sorry. He said he would give me a partial refund, and returned $2 to me for a $300 purchase. He described the item as a good core for rebuilding. The item was bent and damaged beyond repair. The package that it came in was not damaged, So the item was damaged before packaging. This transaction has been a big waste of time and loss of money.

  being sold for parts to begin, would only accept a $250 partial refund when he paid $300 and there was free shipping included. He wanted me to pay him to take the item, we agreed he would return it. I generated got a shipping label and then he refused, he escalated the case only if he would get a full refund he would take off this negative feedback. He pulled a fast one I told him I could offer him an additional $ to remove the feedback and he refused again, wanted more!
