  Great Seller, received Router 2 days early, Tried it multiple times thru Xfinity, they said the Wifi Radios were defective. I emailed the seller & got a prompt response that they were refunding my purchase price immediately, and when I asked about the return procedure they advised me they didn't need to return the item. Can't say enough about the service and professionalism of Windy City Goods in this matter. Can't recommend them enough for anyone. I had nothing but a great experience.

  Item was as described and a great price! Shipping however was very inconvenient. Seller did not allow for signature authorization and required a signature on delivery. The carrier never rang my doorbell and almost sent the package back because of multiple attempted deliveries. I would have preferred no signature required.
