When my package arrived I found the brake pads opened in the box. They had grease and dirt on the braking material and on the pad backing. There was scratches on them as well indicating someone previously tried to install these. The package is also missing the mounting hardware.
I have messaged this company multiple times to get no response. Product is listed as “New”. What should I do with these contaminated, scratched, essentially used brake pads?
