  Customer service is a bit to be desired, but in the end I managed to make it all work, so... I'll give them a positive rating. Shipped fast, was exactly as described... They claim to have tested the item but I'm pretty sure they did not... In the end, it all worked out. Though... I will say it again... if you have a problem, you may be stunned at how they approach problem resolution... All is good that ends good... so we'll leave it alone for now.

  Title and description have bad inconsistencies. Title says new but the description says used. I didnt see the item condition was used and went with what the title said new; the battery has 300 cycles on it at 85% life left. Only reason why this isn't negative is because the price was reasonable and I need a battery. To anyone considering an item from this seller, double or triple check the description, title and item details. Otherwise, no issues with seller; shipping was good.
