  They gave me a full refund and the return process was simple but!..... They tried selling me a lemon. Yes it was an open box sale but the unit didn't charge so in essence it came broken. Shoulda been like 5 bucks then maybe you could take it to a repair shop to fix the mechanical parts? But then is it even worth the price to repair?
