    Discussed via emails concerns with item received. The sellers were gracious and offered full refund including shipping charges. Their goal was for me to be happy and feel comfortable with eBay.     Shipped fast, in great condition, good packaging and value, and mostly matched description. I found it was too small, and when I measured, it was about 3” narrower across the chest than in the photos. Not sure what happened. It’s a cute jacket, but I’m returning and am a bit bummed about losing out on return fee when I wouldn’t have bought it at these measurements. But I hope it can go to someone who can wear it!
