  Seller stated machine was tested and functional on all speeds. I received the machine and the speed doesn’t operate as it should on the first 2 settings. Packaging was terrible. It was shipped in a flimsy Home Depot box. Wrapped in a yoga mat with some leftover pillow stuffing and some other random material. There was a small chip on the back of the machine which either was there prior to purchase or because packaging was so bad. Contacted seller and no reply yet.
