  The item is as described and well packaged 👍 The tracking information from the courier leaves a lot to be desired (no information at all to start with, then on the last day of estimated delivery, an email and text to say it will be arriving the next day-which it did, at 7am)

  I’ve arrived appeared well packaged but quite battered externally upon opening every edge and corner was scratched or damaged contacted seller wanted me to send it back but for £19 I really couldn’t be bothered to go to the post office repackage it and send it so I kept it and just used it as scrapple

  There was a problem with the shower head I ordered, however after messaging the seller my payment was refunded. Also, there was plenty of communication and updates from the seller. Would I recommend and use the seller again, definitely.

  The item arrived after the estimated delivery date, despite having paid extra for next day delivery. Communication from the seller was poor and only improved once I began requesting a refund for the delivery charge—by which time it was too late. Prior messages were either ignored or unhelpful. Overall, a disappointing experience and I would not purchase from this seller again.
