  Stamps and dies are in perfect condition. Perfect packaging. The seller was prompt on mailing and suppling tracking number. The US Postal Service, however, was not. Took it almost a month to be delivered. Gotta love em. I 'm giving the seller five stars for shipping, because they did send the item out the next day after ordered, but to bad I can't rate the USPS.
